All our Menus are Sample menus and change with the seasons. The idea is to give you an example of what we do best and then work with you to create the food you want for your event. We use wherever possible the best, freshest ingredients and endeavor to make everything from scratch making our food a real hit with our clients and most often a real talking point amongst your attendees. spicy satay perched on pineapple finished with chilli, coriander and squeeze of lime

RAREBIT SMOTHERED CHUTNEY BITES
a mixture of cheeses, mustard, seasoning and beer melted on top of homemade chutney sat on seeded toast

SMOKED SALMON MOUSSE WITH DILL
as it sounds, a beautiful light smoked salmon and dill mousse seasoned perfectly and delivered aboard crispy rye bread

PRAWN COCKTAIL CANAPES WITH  SMOKED PAPRIKA
mayonnaise, finely chopped prawns, paprika, Worcester sauce, ketchup, lemon juice and seasoning, topped with a whole prawn or two, a light dusting of smoked paprika and a squeeze of lemon

SPIT ROAST


A tried and tested option at 4th Floor is our in house spit roast. Imagine, a whole lamb slow roasted to perfection served with whatever you desire be it veggies, mint sause and plates bread and English mustard the choice is yours.

Or the traditional favourite a whole hog, cooked for 6-7 hours with cracling to die for and our special recipe cider & apple sauce with a splash of calvados.

VEGY LUNCH MENUS


VEGETARIAN WILL BE SERVED:
A selection of filled pastry tarts, examples to include roasted baby tomatoes with slow roasted red peppers and asparagus sweetened with balsamic vinegar and topped with mature cheddar or the classic caramelised red onion and brie, all seasoned to perfection and sat inside hand made buttery shortcrust pastry.

Or Vegetarian lasagne or slow roasted tomatoes in basil and balsamic served with penne pasta and Parmesan cheese.

WE OFFER UNLIMITED REFRESHMENTS:
Tea, Coffee, Juices, Still and Sparkling Water, Fizzy Drinks, Selection of Biscuits - £7.50 per head.

All meals are served with fresh crusty bread and butter.

All meals come with a choice of a hot or cold drinks Tea, coffee, coke/diet coke, orange, apple juice cranberry juice or bottled water.
